How Does Votiva Work?
Votiva is a revolutionary procedure that can tighten loose skin and tissue, improve overall vaginal appearance, and increase sexual satisfaction. Votiva treatment combines 2 innovative radio frequency devices – FormaV™ and FractoraV™ — to tighten loose tissues and reinforce vaginal skin structure and elasticity.
FormaV™ is the first device used during Votiva treatment. The FormaV™ device is carefully inserted into the vaginal canal and emits radio frequency energy. FormaV™ passes through the vaginal canal, delivering RF energy to the skin’s lower layers. Heat from the Votiva FormaV™ device achieves a tightening effect while also stimulating the production of collagen and elastin fibers. The FormaV™ device is then applied externally to the labia majora and surrounding areas to enhance skin structure. FormaV’s heating technology can be used for vaginal laxity and labial hypertrophy. Forma V allows Dr. Kaado to provide a customized solution to your feminine health concerns.
FractoraV™ is then utilized to further stimulate collagen and resurface skin. The FractoraV™ device is equipped with micro-pins that are placed on the skin’s surface. The skin is slightly stretched and RF energy is delivered to external vaginal tissues to achieve natural-looking tightening results.
FractoraV uses deep-heating technology to improve skin tone problems through resurfacing. This tool allows for full depth heating which improves elastin and collagen. This improvement positively impacts not only a woman’s feminine health but her overall quality of life.
Votiva reinforces the vaginal structure through the use of the Forma V hand-held device. The Forma V device is inserted into the vagina, emitting radiofrequency waves, penetrating the deeper layers of vaginal tissue.
The heat and RF waves from the Forma V device stimulate vaginal tissue to increase the natural production of collagen and elastin, compounds which aid in increasing cell turnover and plump the tissue. Externally, the Forma V device stimulates the tissue of the labia majora and surrounding area to reinvigorate cells, firming the area.
